The mindup curriculum3/25/2023 ![]() MindUP provides opportunities for pre-kindergarten children to develop the attention, social, and emotional skills they need to enter kindergarten ready to learn and succeed in school. Purpose: This project will evaluate the efficacy of MindUP, a mindfulness-based social emotional learning (SEL) program, on a set of key social emotional learning competencies (i.e., attention skills and social skills) that are associated with kindergarten readiness and later academic success.
